We handle the decor design and day-of setup for the key moments; you do the rest with our guidance. What's Included: Community Venue Coordination - Help finding and booking an affordable community center or similar venue - Handle availability checks, booking, and basic communication Decor Planning - 30-45 min consultation to define the theme, colors & must-haves - Custom moodboard for visuals + suggested shopping list (for items you'll DIY) - Tips for maximizing budget (where to DIY vs rent vs buy) Backdrop & Balloon Setup - One basic backdrop (panel or fabric) + small balloon garland - Optional sign (e.g., "Baby Smith" or 'Oh Baby') if budget allows - Provide and install on-site Dessert or Gift Table Styling - Setup of 1 key table (e.g., cake, desserts, or gifts) - Use of our rental items (cake stands, trays, small florals, or signage) - Tips to elevate your food layout and DIY items Optional Add-Ons (a la carte if budget allows): - Candy cart rental: +$100-$150 - Printed menus or welcome sign: +40-$60 -Extra balloon work or florals: -$50-$100 ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICE: $1200
